Confirmation and Log-In: Once you have completed your registration and tuition payment process, you will receive a registration confirmation notice from Ariana Institute within two to three days. You will also receive a confirmation email from system@litmos.com that will include log-in information so you can access your course online at https://arianainstitute.litmos.com.

Course Content and General Information – It is as easy as 1, 2, 3 – (1) Read the Notebook, (2) Complete the Online Assessment, and (3) Complete a Brief Survey/Evaluation. Online courses consist of an online course notebook followed by an online course assessment and a simple online course survey/evaluation. If you prefer reading printed material rather than reading material online, you can print the online course notebook. It is agreed and understood that, as a class participant, you will not teach, reproduce, distribute, or sell this course manual. The required pass rate for the CE class assessment is 75%. The questions are multiple choice or true/false. The assessment questions are not timed; you can complete the assessment online at your leisure. You have five tries to complete the assessment. We at Ariana Institute have made every effort to create a process that is user friendly for you. Feel free to contact Ariana Institute if you would like assistance.
Deadline: Students must successfully complete their course assessment no later than 60 days from the date of enrollment.
Mailing Option: For students who need a notebook mailed to them instead of receiving it through the online program, please contact Ariana Institute. For an additional fee for shipping and handling of $20 for a 6 hour CE course or $45 for a 30 hour MTI course, a notebook will be mailed to you. You may print the course notebooks yourself from the Litmos site, if you prefer.
Course Certificate of Completion: Once you have completed the CE course assessment and the course survey/evaluation, you will receive your official certificate of completion via e-mail within one week. If you need your certificate sooner, please contact Ariana Institute.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS
- NATIONWIDE CE CREDITS: Ariana Institute offers CE courses that satisfy CE requirements for the majority of states, including Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia and many other states. While the majority of the states do accept online CE course credits, it is to your benefit to verify prior to taking continuing education courses whether or not your licensing state accepts a specific online CE course for credit.
- NCBTMB: Ariana Vincent is approved as a provider for The National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) which requires 48 CE hours every 4 year recertification cycle.
- Texas DSHS: Ariana Vincent is approved as a provider for Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), Massage Therapy Division which requires 12 CE hours every two year cycle.
- Texas DSHS (Licensed Professional Counselors): Ariana Vincent is approved as a provider for Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), Licensed Professional Counselors Division which requires 24 CE hours every two years.
- Florida Board of Massage: Ariana Vincent is approved as a provider for the Florida Board of Massage.
- AMTA: Ariana Institute’s courses fulfill a portion of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) Board Recertification Requirements (48 CE hours every 4 years)
- ABMP: Ariana Institute’s courses fulfill a portion of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals Recertification Requirements (16 CE hours every two years or every other annual renewal)
CE ACCEPTANCE: If the course you would like to attend is not currently approved by your professional board, please feel free to contact the director of your board requesting approval and/or contact Ariana Institute.
COGNITIVE: Ariana Institute continuing education online courses are non-technique courses that are cognitive in nature. Cognitive courses do not include the clinical application of theory pertaining to the practice of massage therapy or the manipulation of soft tissue.
VERIFYING ACCEPTANCE: Each individual student is responsible for contacting the applicable massage therapy state licensing agency and NCBTMB to confirm that these online CE credits are acceptable.

This online home study cognitive course is designed for massage therapy professionals who desire to become effective Massage Therapy Instructors. This 30-hour Teaching Adult Learners continuing education course fulfills the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) requirement for completing an acceptable Adult Learners Course prior to submitting an application to become a Massage Therapy Instructor to DSHS. The focus of this course is centered on learning strategies and theories, the teaching process, classroom activities, lesson planning, technology in the classroom, mindfulness and the learning process, assessments and marketing strategies. This course is designed for future Massage Therapy Instructors who aspire to offer their classes independently or in a formal school environment. After completing this course, you can submit your course completion certificate along with your application to DSHS to begin the process of becoming a Massage Therapy Instructor. DSHS APPROVED TEACHING ADULT LEARNERS COURSE
This 30-hour Teaching Adult Learners continuing education course fulfills the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) requirement for completing an acceptable Adult Learners Course prior to submitting an application to DSHS to become a Massage Therapy Instructor.
TEXAS DSHS: The 30 hours of credit are not applicable in Texas toward the 12 hours of CE credits required every two year cycle by the Texas Department of State Health Services
COGNITIVE: Ariana Institute continuing education online courses are cognitive in nature. Cognition is generally accepted to mean the process of thought. Cognitive courses do not include the clinical application of theory pertaining to the practice of massage therapy or the manipulation of soft tissue.
DEADLINE: Students must successfully complete their course assessment no later than two months from the date of enrollment.
